At Frolic and Lark, we believe play is essential. It’s how kids learn, grow, and connect with the world around them. Climbing, jumping, and exploring build strength and coordination, while imaginative play sparks creativity and problem-solving. Play also teaches important social skills—kids learn to share, communicate, and build friendships in a natural, joyful way. At Frolic & Lark; our belief that play matters runs deep. We’re planning to create an environment where kids can move, explore, imagine, and connect in ways that feel natural and exciting.

We’ll have an open play area designed for climbing, jumping, and active exploration, alongside spaces for imaginative play with dress-up, pretend kitchens, and interactive music corners.

Every element of our sensory play will be designed to invite kids to touch, create, and discover . We’re also planning to offer a variety of hands-on activities like building stations, rotating themed play setups, and cozy reading nooks to encourage both independent and social play.

We’re planning to create a space where kids can explore, create, and engage their senses in playful, hands-on ways. Our sensory play areas will encourage movement, curiosity, and creativity through textures, colors, and interactive experiences.

We’re planning to offer a sandbox for digging and building, a messy art corner for splatter and finger painting, and a slime lab where kids can stretch and squish their own gooey creations. Sensory bins with materials like kinetic sand, water beads, and rice will provide a calming, tactile experience for little explorers.

Music will fill the air at Frolic and Lark, creating a space where kids can explore sound, rhythm, and movement through play. From tapping drums to strumming ukuleles, little hands will have the freedom to experiment with a variety of instruments, making joyful noise as they learn and grow.

Musical story time will bring books to life with songs, rhythm, and movement, turning each story into an interactive experience. Whether kids are dancing along, shaking a maraca, or creating their own beats, music will be a playful and engaging part of their time at Frolic and Lark. Our hope is that they’ll have endless opportunities to explore the magic of music through play.
